You will both leave feeling confident about using sound as a tool to support you during labour as well as feeling relaxed and refreshed from being immersed in crystal vibrations!
Soundbirth for Labour & More (6-Week Course)
All you need to know to have your own “Soundbirth”. During these interactive sessions you and your partner will:
- Learn all about the many benefits of making sound during labour.
- Explore toning, vocalising and any issues that may arise around using your voice.
- Learn how to support your partner during labour using a crystal singing bowl, Soundbirth CD or your own voice.
- Connect deeply with your support partner whether this is your husband, friend, mother, sister, doula.
- Experience the sound of the crystal singing bowls and how they can transform you from fear to love. Create your own “Family Lullaby” which will assist in soothing your baby.
- Learn about why and how to create your own playlists of music and then how to use these as a tool to relax, energise and connect with your baby.
- Discover your beautiful voice and learn how to use it as a powerful tool before, during and after the birth of your child.
