This workshop is designed for all your senses. Using aromatherapy and vibrational essences in a feminine space I will guide you through a process of implementing and sharing 8 types of Goddess Energy and how these can help to balance aspects of our lives, connect with our life purpose, higher guidance and live authentically.

At the end of each of these sessions you will feel uplifted, connected, inspired, nurtured and receive a beautiful workbook to take home.


ABOUT TRACEY

Tracey is the founder of 'Goddess In A Bottle' – goddess inspired products such as crystal soy candles and botanical perfumes.  

Tracey's book “Goddess Within” is filled with tips, tricks and rituals to reignite one’s inner goddess. Inspired by ancient cultures and practices, it details modern day ways to live within a goddess energy.

The 50 inspirations range from nurturing naps to igniting a spark for life, from Yoga yawns to self-acceptance. Inspirational quotes from well-known women are also included along with mythological goddesses to call upon for guidance.

Tracey has written articles about Goddess rituals among other things for Nova Magazine, Flourish & Perth Woman.

Tracey says, "On a personal note I am 28, an indigo child, a queen of manifesting, a mum to a beautiful daughter Grace and have a wonderful husband Jake who runs a holistic physiotherapy practice. We spend our time between Perth and beautiful Margaret River in Western Australia. We travel extensively attending seminars & expo’s.
More recently I have been an invited guest on the Oprah show – sharing inspiration with the greatest lessons that previous guests on her show have taught us"..

Goddess Art Therapy

The perfect space to find the goddess inside us – the one who wants to sing, dance create and play.
This session begins with a  beautiful guided visualisation where you will journey within to see where this Goddess dwells. Explore this special place, meet her and receive her wisdom.
Then celebrate & honour her through creative expression, draw, paint or sculpt the goddess as she appears for you.
