Well its been a month (25th January 2010) since Ive seen you and Im glad to say that I havent felt so good in a very long time. My wife is now trying to work out how to get to Perth to see you for the same reason. A lot of friends up here are astounded that I dont smoke anymore, and have asked for youre details, so get ready for a very large contingency of Newman residents booking in to see you very soon. I also took the liberty in explaining what you have done for me to BHPs HSE department, so don't be surprised if they ask for you to visit Newman to assist their employees in giving the terrible habit away. Dear Rayeleen,
Just a little message to tell you that I am so pleased with the result of my hypnotherapy. You might remember that I had a very sore shoulder - so sore in fact that I would wake up at night and suck air through my teeth when I turned over. Well the first night I slept really well and woke up with a tender shoulder that stayed tender for a couple of days but now the pain is gone. I can throw a ball and turn over without waking up. I am at a loss to explain this in any kind of scientific way I'm just so relieved. I have lost 2 kgs since seeing you and have changed my attitude to food I visualize my new self all day long and have made a vision boardI can't begin to tell you what a differance you've made to my life. The hypnosis session I had with you was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. ...  I fealt absolutely amazing when I woke up this morning.  My whole face was glowing with love and peace and this feeling has stayed with me the whole today. Hi Rayeleen, Almost one month ago on I came to your practice seeking your gift in the hope of aiding my journey to losing weight.... I thought now, being a month, would be a good time to let you know how I am going. At the time I wasn’t coping very well with life in general as I had such a pessimistic view on everything - from what I looked like to what I didn’t have and couldn’t be. My frustration in life was being taken out on my family and while I knew I was doing it, I couldn’t stop. I came into your session not entirely convinced of the effects hypnotherapy can have on a person, but at the same time deeply hoping it will help at least fix one aspect of my life that wasn’t right – my weight. Little did I know I would get so much more than what I asked...

Since my session, I feel more optimistic about things. My attitude towards problems has changed too ... In regards to our plan in optimising my weight loss goals, I can safely say that almost every day I drink a MINIMUM 1LT of water a day. Although the scales say I haven’t lost the weight, my waist is saying I am, losing weight at what seems slow, but at a steady, healthy rate. I also seek out fresh and healthier food options, and even if I do splurge on the junk food occasionally, it is not the end of the world. I go back to my healthy habits again and make up for the indulgence (which isn’t as often as before I might add!). The positive thinking you instilled in me has helped me not only in my endeavour to lose weight, but it has also helped me in other areas of my life.

I also thought to ask my partner whether he saw any changes in me since my therapy session. He has advised that I am generally more positive about things; a little bit more driven at work with our business; more relaxed at home and not so frustrated as I was previously; and contrary to what the scales say and what I see, he believes I have lost weight. Since my experience with you, my husband is also looking into hypnotherapy for himself. He has seen that even one session can make such a difference in a person’s life.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing your gift to me Rayeleen and I would not hesitate recommending you to anyone that is interested in seeking a hypnotherapist.

I'd just want to let you know that a month or so after my session with you, I have been sleeping right through the night, every night, and still am, and so I really want to thank you. No more finding myself at the letterbox at 3 am. Your therapy was so effective and I experienced at the time that I had never had EFT and hypnotherapy that affected me so much, like I felt it going straight to my core, like a knife through butter. Thank you thank you thank you - I feel so much lighter. I've just spent the last hour on the phone telling ... all about it and I am so excited. I have never worked with anyone who has achieved so much in such a short amount of time. I think you have done in one or two sessions :) what I have spent the last 12 months doing with a shrink.

You have such a special gift Rayeleen, and have been an inspiration to me and ... We are both looking forward to hearing your tape again and again. I have no doubt I will see you again soon, hopefully it will be when we have a party to celebrate ... healing.

I really enjoyed our l last session, you may remember how exstatic I was when I walked out of your office, well the feelings havent left me, which is great!

What I really want to share with you is that I have an overwhelming sense of freedom - my back is no longer giving me grief; its like it no longer carries a great burden and I am sincerely grateful. I must admit this feeling of "freedom" has surprised me but it feels great and Im quite happy to go with the flow on this one!

I found your talk prior to the hypnosis extremely enlightning, not to mention very interesting. The topics were something I could really "sink my teeth into"... I have waffled on enough, so thankyou for your kindness and understanding ...

Well I'm really great, I have a little 19mth of girl Lucy and am 30 weeks pregnant with our second child. We ended up having IVF and we were very fortunate that we fell pregnant very quicklly both times.... as I loved the sessions we did and told everyone about you and I imagine most people would do the same.

Since the session I've noticed changes in me and I really have to thank you.

...I've just had so many revelations since our session and I'm really starting to feel a sense of who I am again. I had doubts at first because I didn't think I was able to go into a hypnotic state .. But since the session I've noticed myself starting to balance things and I feel lighter and more positive about life.

... I am feeling better about everything now. I'm balancing things and now I just have to trust my heart and feelings and be myself :)

Its 4am and I am still sleepy but I just had to get up to THANKYOU. The other day I read your opening paragraph of the June Newsletter and thought of my Mum. The next day she was rushed off by ambulance with a suspected stroke - tests are underway - it is only through your teachings from last Friday night that I have coped - Mum was her husbands fulltime carer - I have taken over this position. I have that "Mantra" (Ho’Oponopono) going on most of the time and miraculously I have had a major shift in two of my difficult members one even saying sorry to me.(not that i want a sorry) but it shows they are being cured. Your work is truly spreading around I wanted you to know. I have done amazing things on 2 hours sleep - yes my body and mind are a clean vessel from my diet and exercise but it is YOUR teachings and my vision of you and what would you do that have carried all of us through. Truly I am so glad I met you.

I found it difficult to release my old eating habits so a little help was in order. That help came in the form of hypnotherapy. Every day at about 12.00pm I would start craving sugar. Now let me be clear about this sugar craving, it was horrible, words cannot express the constant craving that I would endure every day. If I had a bad day or I over exerted myself (and sometimes over exerting myself was putting on a load of washing) then the sugar cravings would start as soon as I opened my eyes. Before the cfs I did not have these cravings my diet was a typical western diet. When I got cfs the sugar cravings hit the roof, both as a form of superficial energy and a way to self medicate myself so that I felt better. Every day I would drive to the shop and spend around $10.00 on chocolate and soft drink and every night I would criticize myself for having given in and eaten what I had during the day. When I was really bad and could not get out of bed chocolate and soft drink would be all I ate for the day. Intellectually, I understood that by eating this way, I had no hope of ever getting well. So began my journey to find a good hypnotherapist. During the course of that particular journey I spent thousands. Sometimes I would go and receive the hypnotherapy and after the session go to the shop and buy chocolate.

Not all hpynotherapists are created equal, you need to go and find the one that works for you. If you are living in Western Australia I can recommend a wonderful, lovely lady called Rayeleen Gilbert @ Yes2Life.

Rayeleen will not only help you overcome your dietary issues but will also help you better cope with the assorted problems that cfs brings.  During my darkest days with cfs Rayeleen was there for me helping to uplift and inspire me.
